LV= awarded customer service contact centre of the year
LV= has won the coveted Customer Service Contact Centre of the Year at the National Customer Services Awards. The award was for LV=’s general insurance contact centres, which are based in Bournemouth, Croydon and Bristol. The award, for the best call centre employing over 100 people, was presented to sales and customer service director, Peter Sinden, at an awards ceremony on 9 December. Rolf Tolle awarded silver medal by Lloyd’s
Lloyd’s Franchise Performance Director Rolf Tolle has been awarded a Lloyd’s silver medal for his services to the market over the last seven years.
